Pace Vacaville establishes individual goals and support is given to each participant to accomplish them. Accomplishing goals and developing self-reliance is an on-going mission at all of our Pace Solano sites.

Pace Vacaville classes vary from signing and basic living skills, to computer basics and interpersonal relationships. Providing participants choices they learn how to have more input into their lives, and become more self-directed.

Pace Vacaville provides medical support to participants with more intense health concerns, who otherwise may not have an opportunity to enjoy a day program. We have grown from 2 medical model participants to 10 over the last year and have an LVN who is always on site.

The medical model participants enjoy activities, side by side, with a variety of other adult participants. Together they enjoy a wealth of classes, field trips and other unique community experiences.

It is a genuine pleasure to observe the progress that comes, to an individual participant, as he, or she, learns to be more independent.
